The Regional Bahá’í Council of Quebec operates under the aegis of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Canada. It is responsible for promoting and overseeing the development of various educational and community programs for the moral, spiritual and social development of neighborhoods, communities and municipalities in Quebec. Based on the teachings of the Bahá’í Faith, programs and activities supported by the Bahá’í Council of Quebec are open to all, regardless of participants’ beliefs or origins.
